No real report unfortunately but:

The 18th Annual Edition of The Seal Beach Japan America Kite Festival is in the books and was another success well attended by a number of SDKC  members. SDKC was the sponsor of the Candy Drop and 17 pounds of candy was either dropped or thrown in after the drop!
